Description

Gene conversion donor plasmid. Contains a 3665bp PstI genomic fragment in which most of the genomic sequence that encodes both the mir-iab-4 and mir-iab-8 microRNAs (these microRNAs are encoded on opposite strands) has been replaced with sequence encoding the HindIII and RS(I-SceI) sites.
