Comments

13,288bp BamHI-BamHI genomic fragment plus 4695bp BamHI-XbaI genomic fragment which together contain the "let-7-C" locus (encodes the mir-100, let-7 and mir-125 microRNAs).

The P{W8,let-7-C} construct rescues the locomotion, climbing, fertility and flight defects seen in Df(2L)let-7-CKO1/Df(2L)let-7-CGKI adults.
