Dab1
Male sterile.
Partially lethal at adult stage.
By genomic sequencing, we identified 3070bp were deleted in Dab1 homozygotes. Deletion begins at 1980bp upstream of Dab start codon and ends at 1090bp downstream of the start codon.
Protein expression:
-by western no Dab specific fragments detected against both mono and poly clonal mouse antibody.
-by immunochemistry - no detectable signals against poly clonal mouse antibody.
Dab2
Female sterile.
Mostly lethal at adult stage but occasionally can see some escapers.
By genomic sequencing, we identified 1887bp were deleted in Dab2 homozygotes. Deletion begins at 1695bp upstream of Dab start codon and ends at 192bp downstream of the start codon.
Protein expression:
- by western: no Dab specific fragments detected against both mono and poly clonal mouse antibody.
- by immunochemistry: no detectable signals against poly clonal mouse antibody.
