Notes on Group

Different isoforms of the dom Snf2-like ATPase are present in the Tip60 histone acetyltransferase complex and the SWR1 chromatin remodeling complex. Isoform dom-PA is associated with Tip60 and dom-PB with SWR1 (FBrf0245697).
