UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of a secreted fluorescent sensor that is designed for visualizing phosphatidylserine externalization on cells exposed to the hemolymph. The sensor sequence is composed of a signal peptide, sfGFP and Tag:mLactC1C2.
Avic\GFPsfGFP.UAS.Tag:mLactC1C2, Cdc50sgRNA.U6, Scer\GAL4DcG, Spyo\Cas9ppk.PS has abnormal size | larval stage phenotype, suppressible by drprindel/drprindel
Avic\GFPsfGFP.UAS.Tag:mLactC1C2, Cdc50sgRNA.U6, Scer\GAL4DcG, Spyo\Cas9ppk.PS has larval multidendritic class IV neuron | larval stage phenotype, suppressible by drprindel/drprindel
The combined tissue-specific knockout of CDC50 (CDC50sgRNA.U6+Spyo\Cas9ppk.PS) and expression of Avic\GFPsfGFP.UAS.Tag:mLactC1C2 under the control of Scer\GAL4DcG leads to short dendrites in class IV dendritic arborizing neurons, as compared to CDC50 knockout alone; this phenotype is suppressed by drprindel homozygosity.
