      The expression of Ggal\VCLD1.Scer\UAS.P\T.T:Equa\eqFP578-TagRFP under the control of Scer\GAL4Act5C.PU results in lethality, as compared to controls; expression under the control of Scer\GAL4Mef2.PU results in partial lethality, but not in the formation of Ggal\VCLD1.Scer\UAS.P\T.T:Equa\eqFP578-TagRFP-positive cytoplasmic protein aggregates in first instar larval muscles, as compared to controls.
