      The expression of Lsd-1HMC05894 under the control of Scer\GAL4ppl.PU leads to enlarged lipid droplets in the adult fat body.

      Expressing Lsd-1HMC05894 under the control of Scer\GAL4DcG leads to third instar larval fat cells exhibiting changes in lipid droplets, as compared to controls: cytoplasmic medial lipid droplets are severely larger and less dense; peripheral lipid droplets are at slightly lower density but unchanged in size.
