Description

12bp deletion that removes nucleotides +46 to +58 relative to the robo1 P1 transcription start site. The deletion lies within the fru-BM response obligatory sequence (FROS) that has been shown to be necessary and sufficient for the fru-BM protein isoform to repress robo1 transcription.
