INPP5EMI02221/INPP5EMI02221 ktub1/ktub1 flies with expression of ktubScer\UAS.cPa or ktubmutB.Scer\UAS driven by Scer\GAL4nan.PK show significantly reduced amplitude of sound-evoked potentials from antennal nerves compared to ktub1/ktub1 Scer\GAL4nan.PK>ktubScer\UAS.cPa flies (similar to wild type amplitude); however, INPP5EMI02221/INPP5EMI02221 ktub1/ktub1 flies with expression of ktubmutB.Scer\UAS have a significantly increased amplitude in comparison to those with expression of ktubScer\UAS.cPa.
