      Expression of EndoBScer\UAS.P\T.T:Zzzz\FLAG under the control of Scer\GAL4unspecified rescues the reduced fecundity of EndoB54/Df(2R)BSC26 females. The altered distribution of yolk granules which is seen in EndoB54 mutant oocytes is also rescued.
