Expression of AblScer\UAS.T:Avic\GFP under the control of Scer\GAL4eg-Mz360 does not appear to affect nervous system development.

Pan-neural expression of AblScer\UAS.T:Avic\GFP under the control of Scer\GAL4elav.PLu results in an almost fully penetrant bypass phenotype. This bypass phenotype occurs when ISNb axons fail to defasciculate, and instead continue to grow dorsally past their muscle targets.

Pan-neural expression of AblN.Scer\UAS.T:Avic\GFP under the control of Scer\GAL4elav.PLu results in a partially penetrant bypass phenotype. This bypass phenotype occurs when ISNb axons fail to defasciculate, and instead continue to grow dorsally past their muscle targets.

Expression of AblScer\UAS.T:Avic\GFP in the EW neurons of Abl2 mutant embryos has no effect on the mild commissural defects found in these mutants.
