      Flies expressing tyfScer\UAS.T:Zzzz\FLAG under the control of Scer\GAL4P2.4.Pdf can exhibit locomotor rhythm defects, depending on the insertion line analysed. Flies carrying P{UAS-tyf.FLAG}1 exhibit rhythmicity defects, whereas those containing P{UAS-tyf.FLAG}3 do not differ from wild type.
