Imprecise excision of P{EP}POSHEP1206.
A 574 bp deletion resulting from the imprecise excision of P{EP}POSHEP1206, removes the ATG and N-terminal coding sequences of POSH. The flanking sequences to the deletion are : 5′-GCCACGAG-3′ & 3′-ACCTAAAC-5′.
