Co-expression of Hsap\MTMR4Scer\UAS.cYa and tkvdsRNA.Scer\UAS.cUa under the control of Scer\GAL4vg.PM enhances the penetrance of the branched posterior crossvein phenotype compared to when each is expressed alone. In addition, more severe vein defects are seen, with partial duplications and gaps.

Co-expression of Hsap\MTMR4Scer\UAS.cYa partially suppresses the ectopic wing vein formation seen in flies expressing gbbScer\UAS.cUa under the control of Scer\GAL4vg.PM.
