      Overexpression of sdtScer\UAS.D.T:Zzzz\FLAG under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PF results in a shortening of the eye photoreceptor cell stalk membrane compared with wild-type.

      Overexpression of sdtScer\UAS.D.T:Zzzz\FLAG using Scer\GAL4ninaE.PT leads to a significant reduction in the length of the eye photoreceptor cell stalk membrane.

      The length of the eye photoreceptor cell stalk membrane in flies co-expressing sdtScer\UAS.D.T:Zzzz\FLAG and sdtScer\UAS.H.T:Zzzz\FLAG under the control of Scer\GAL4ninaE.PT is not significantly different from that of wild-type.
