Primary cultures of third instar larvae neuroblasts expressing NausHMS00199 under the control of Scer\GAL4elav.PLu exhibit a difference in Sholl profile (neuronal arborization), and a significantly lower maximum Sholl radius (neuronal branch intersections) with a significant decrease in the number of neuronal branches while they do not exhibit any changes in the length of neuronal branches when compared to controls.
