      In a wild-type background, timΔNLS.T:Avic\GFP-YFP behaves as a dominant negative allele, increasing the period length of locomotor activity rhythms by ~1 hour.

      tim01; timT:Avic\GFP-YFP flies do not show significant changes in period at different temperatures.
