Expression of Dh44-R1KK108591 under the control of Scer\GAL4elav-C155, Scer\GAL4GMR21A07, Scer\GAL4VT055852, Scer\GAL4VT041379, Scer\GAL4GMR25B12, Scer\GAL4S3.Hug, Scer\GAL4ChAT.PU, Scer\GAL4GMR87A01, Scer\GAL4GMR12D05, Scer\GAL4tim.PU, Scer\GAL4GMR21G01, Scer\GAL4GMR17C09, Scer\GAL4nSyb.PU or Scer\GAL4GMR57E06, in combination with a Dicer-2 transgene to enhance RNAi efficiency, in adults significantly reduces the strength of circadian locomotor rhythms under constant darkness, compared to controls.

Pan-neuronal expression of Dh44-R1KK108591 in adult flies (using 31[o]C heat-induced Scer\GAL4nSyb.PS in combination with Scer\GAL80ts.αTub84B) significantly decreases wall following behavior (posited measure of anxiety) in an arena, as well as significantly decreasing walking speed, compared to non-induced (18[o]C) controls.

Expression of Dh44-R1KK108591 under the control of Scer\GAL4nSyb.PU in females results in a significant decrease in the latency to sperm ejection and a significant reduction in sperm storage in the seminal receptacles.
