Description

UASp regulatory sequences drive expression of the head domain of rhea fused at the C-terminal to mGFP6. The head domain fragment encodes from 457 base pairs upstream of the rhea ATG to 36 base pairs downstream of the putative Calpain cleavage site at the boundary between the head and rod domain.
