Expression of CycGScer\UAS.cSa under the control of Scer\GAL4da.G32 slightly enhances the homeotic transformation from A7 to A6 seen in Abd-BFab7-1 male heterozygotes. The A6 segment has completely disappeared in 56% of flies. 100% of males completely lack A6 when CycGScer\UAS.cSa is expressed under the control of Scer\GAL4Act.NP3121.
Co-expression of CycGScer\UAS.cSa suppresses the lethality caused by expression of CycGdsRNA.Scer\UAS under the control of either Scer\GAL4da.G32 or Scer\GAL4Act.
