paraJS1-Ex6 dominantly suppresses the bang sensitive phenotype of eas2 homozygotes by 71%. The minimum voltage of high frequency stimulation of the brain required to induce seizure (the seizure threshold) of eas2 homozygotes is raised to 18.6 +/-2.6V by paraJS1-Ex6/+.
