Scer\GAL4salm-EPv-driven expression of Axud1Scer\UAS.cGa in the central region of the wing (L2 to L4) produces a non-allometric reduction in size and the collapse of the L2-L3 intervein.

Eye size is reduced as a result of Scer\GAL4ey.PH-driven expression of Axud1Scer\UAS.cGa.

The number of cells in S-phase is severely reduced, while the number of mitotic cells is increased when Axud1Scer\UAS.cGa is ectopically expressed with Scer\GAL4salm-EPv in the larval wing imaginal disc.

Scer\GAL4MD-638-driven expression of Axud1Scer\UAS.cGa strongly impairs wing development.

Larval eye imaginal disc cells expressing Scer\GAL4GMR.PFa-driven Scer\GAL4[GMR.PFa] enter apoptosis as result of mitotic blockage.
