UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of an inverted repeat.
Border follicle cell clusters in females expressing PvrGD2571 under the control of Scer\GAL4slbo.2.6 show significantly reduced net cluster movement compared to wild type in both early and late phases of posterior migration. The cells show increased tumbling in the early phase of posterior migration. The number of cellular extensions from the front of the border cell cluster is reduced compared to wild type in the early phase of posterior migration.
Adults expressing PvrGD2571 under the control of Scer\GAL4elav.PLu (in the presence of Dcr-2Scer\UAS.cDa to increase the efficiency of RNAi) do not show a significant defect in avoidance of noxious temperature (46[o]C) compared to control flies.
Scer\GAL80ts.αTub84B, PvrGD2571, Scer\GAL4da.PU is a non-enhancer of lethal - all die during pupal stage | heat sensitive phenotype of Scer\GAL4da.PU, Scer\GAL80ts.αTub84B, fzrRNAi.UAS.WIZ
Scer\GAL80ts.αTub84B, PvrGD2571, Scer\GAL4da.PU is a non-suppressor of lethal - all die during pupal stage | heat sensitive phenotype of Scer\GAL4da.PU, Scer\GAL80ts.αTub84B, fzrRNAi.UAS.WIZ
Border cell clusters in females co-expressing EgfrGD1654 and PvrGD2571 under the control of Scer\GAL4slbo.2.6 show a significantly reduced net cluster movement compared to wild type. There is a reduction in the number of cellular extensions from the front of the border cell cluster compared to wild type.
