    Expression of Mkp3GSM76 under the control of Scer\GAL4btl.PS results in defects in the continuity of some tracheal branches in late stage embryos. This phenotype is not seen when Mkp3GSM76 is expressed in a Mkp3M76-R2b background.

    Expression of Mkp3GSM76 under the control of Scer\GAL4dpp.3KK does not affect wing size but results in failure of wing veins L2, L3, L4 and distal L5 to differentiate.

    Expression of Mkp3GSM76 under the control of Scer\GAL4salm-459.2 affects the differentiation wing veins L2 and L4.
