Expression of mamN.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4pnr-MD237 results in a 100% penetrant loss of many microchaetes along the central anterior/posterior axis of the notum. This phenotype is partially suppressed in flies also heterozygous for mamEP2022.A. (Flies heterozygous for mamEP2022.A and Scer\GAL4pnr-MD237 produce notal bristle phenotypes similar to those in flies heterozygous for Scer\GAL4pnr-MD237 alone.)

Expression of mamH.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4C96 produces nicks around the wing margin with 100% penetrance. This phenotype is partially suppressed in flies also heterozygous for mamEP2022.A. (Flies heterozygous for both mamEP2022.A and Scer\GAL4C96 do not exhibit any wing phenotypes.)

Expression of mamH.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4309 elicits an increase in the number of bristles at the site of the posterior notopleural macrochaete. This phenotype is partially suppressed in flies also heterozygous for mamEP2022.A. (Flies heterozygous for both mamEP2022.A and Scer\GAL4309 do not have posterior notopleural macrochaete phenotypes.)
