Coexpression of rlSem.cUa.UAS and groAA.UAS, under the control of Scer\GAL4Bx-MS1096, results in wings with little vein material, similar to the phenotype when only groAA.UAS is expressed. Coexpression of btl::Egfrλ.UAS with groAA.UAS, under the control of Scer\GAL4sca-C253, is unable to suppress the loss of notal bristle phenotype seen when groAA.UAS alone is expressed.
