The penetrance of the split thorax phenotype increases with P{UAS-Pvr.IR} copy number. About 24% of Pvrc02195/+, PvrdsRNA.Scer\UAS, Scer\GAL4pnr-MD237 animals exhibit a split thorax phenotype.
