        LkC275/LkC275 adults have a significant reduction in the strength of circadian locomotor rhythms, compared to controls.

        LkC275 homozygous adult males significantly over-feed following starvation, resulting in abdominal bloating and an overfilled crop, compared to controls; non-starved flies have significantly increased meal size and significantly reduced meal frequency, resulting in similar overall food intake, compared to controls; proboscis extension rates in response to tarsal sucrose are similar to controls.
