      At 25oC, the survival rates of homozygotes are: adult survival - 1%, eclosion - 3%, pupation 16%. At 18oC, the survival rates of homozygotes are: adult survival - 0%, eclosion - 20%, pupation 39%. Ptp69D17 embryos show motor axon defects; 19% of ISNb axons, 5% of ISN axons, 6% of SNa axons and 4% of SNc axons show defects.
