Detailed Description

Expression of CamB1234Q.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4how-24B in Cam7/+ animals (which are normally phenotypically wild type) results in minor wrinkling of the pupal case but overall survival to adulthood is unaffected.

Comments

The spontaneous backward movement seen in homozygous Camn339 larvae is not rescued by expression of CamB1234Q.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4elav.PLu.

Expression of CamB1234Q.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4how-24B has little effect on the pupal case phenotype of Cam7/Camn339 mutants, although a smaller percentage of larvae survive to the pupal stage. 2.3% of the animals that pupate eclose.
