Expression of exexScer\UAS.cBa under the control of either Scer\GAL4elav-C155 or Scer\GAL4en-e16E results in the formation of ectopic embryonic lateral fd59A[+] neurons.

The central nervous system of stage 15 vndScer\UAS.cMa; Scer\GAL4elav.PLu embryos has reduced numbers of vnd expressing neurons.

When expression is driven by Scer\GAL4elav-C155, all motor axons fuse with the ISN before exiting the CNS. Dorsally, ISNs truncate prematurely or branch aberrantly.
