Reference

Approximately 15.6% of homozygous females survive to adulthood. These adults have distorted wings and legs (19% of cases), ectopic bristle formation on the scutellum (92% of cases) and reduced fecundity.

Smr^BG01648/Smr^PL6 escaper females show egg-laying defects and have wing and leg abnormalities.

A Smr^BG01648 background suppresses the rough eye phenotype related to fru isoform B, found upon expression of fru^NP0021 under the control of Scer\GAL4^GMR.PF.
