When Mmus\Nkd1Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC is driven by Scer\GAL4B119 adults are seen with missing hemisternite bristles clusters or tha have laterally displaced sternite bristles. When Mmus\Nkd1Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC is driven by Scer\GAL4l(2)E105-E105 less than 1% adults are produced that have leg truncations.

The addition of wgunspecified, to Mmus\Nkd1Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC, Scer\GAL4B119 flies leads to flies that have a consistent loss of hemisternite bristles clusters, some adults completely lack sternite bristles. The addition of wgunspecified, to Mmus\Nkd1Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC, Scer\GAL4l(2)E105-E105 flies leads to about 12% of adults with at least one truncated leg.
