Expression via Scer\GAL4^fkh.PH produces a weakly penetrant 'irregular lumen' phenotype in the embryonic salivary gland.

Expression of l(2)05510^EP2587 under the control of Scer\GAL4^Ccap.PP results in subtle defects in small portions of the central nervous system arbor in larvae.

Expression of l(2)05510^EP2587 under the control of Scer\GAL4^Ccap.PP leads to moderate to strong, highly penetrant wing expansion defects. The critical window for this effect is the first half to middle third of metamorphosis.

Head eversion is not affected by expression of l(2)05510^EP2587 under the control of Scer\GAL4^Ccap.PP.

Mutant larvae expressing l(2)05510^EP2587 under the control of Scer\GAL4^elav-C155 have ISN neuron pathfinding defects. Mutant larvae expressing l(2)05510^EP2587 under the control of Scer\GAL4^elav-C155 have excessive or ectopic synapses.
