Detailed Description
Statement
Reference

Mutant larvae expressing cdiEP3319 under the control of Scer\GAL4elav-C155 have ISN neuron pathfinding defects.

In the ventral muscle region of mutant larvae expressing cdiEP3319 under the control of Scer\GAL4elav-C155 ISN pathfinding defects can be seen. An identified branch is seen to leave the ISN and travel up to the region normally innervated by ISBNb. Other abnormal branches from ISNb are also observed.

Genetic Interactions
Statement
Reference

Expression of cdiEP3319 in flies expressing PaxScer\UAS.cCa under the control of Scer\GAL432B suppresses the blistered-wing phenotype.

Xenogenetic Interactions
Statement
Reference

The rough eye phenotype caused by expression of Hsap\MAPTV337M.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PF is enhanced by cdiEP3319.

Comments

Precise excision of the P{EP} element reverts the modifying effect of cdiEP3319 on the rough eye phenotype caused by expression of Hsap\MAPTV337M.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PF.
