Fs(2)Ket+t22 fails to rescue Fs(2)Ket4
The dominant female sterility of Fs(2)Ket2 is slightly rescued by Fs(2)Ket+t22; approximately 1% of eggs laid by females progress to the stage of embryonic cuticle formation.
The dominant female sterility of Fs(2)Ket2 is slightly rescued by Fs(2)Ket+t22; cuticle develops in about 1% of eggs and a few offspring are produced. When Fs(2)Ket1/+ females carrying two copies of Fs(2)Ket+t22 are mated to males carrying one copy of Fs(2)Ket+t22 a few offspring are produced. When Fs(2)Ket3/+ females carrying two copies of Fs(2)Ket+t22 are mated to males carrying one copy of Fs(2)Ket+t22 a few offspring are produced.
