Cdk4D175N.Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC; Scer\GAL4mat.αTub67C.T:Hsim\VP16 embryos have segmentation defects, such as loss of denticle belt A4, and abnormal formation of other denticle belts.

When driven by Scer\GAL4hs.2sev, Scer\GAL4GMR.PF or Scer\GAL4ey.PH, no eye phenotype is seen.

The addition of Cdk4D175N.Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC driven by Scer\GAL4da.G32 to wild-type flies lead to a slight but significant decrease in weight.

When Cdk4D175N.Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC and CycDScer\UAS.cDa are driven by Scer\GAL4ey.PH no eye phenotype is seen. When either Scer\GAL4hs.2sev or Scer\GAL4GMR.PF is the driver, no eye overgrowth is seen, though a slight eye phenotype is seen. The addition of Cdk4D175N.Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC to RbfScer\UAS.cDa flies (when driven by Scer\GAL4ey.PH, Scer\GAL4hs.2sev or Scer\GAL4GMR.PF) has nol effect on the eye phenotype. The addition of Cdk4D175N.Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC to RbfScer\UAS.cDa, CycDScer\UAS.cDa flies when driven by Scer\GAL4hs.2sev or Scer\GAL4GMR.PF produces eyes that are slightly larger than normal. When driven by Scer\GAL4ey.PH produces eyes that are slightly smaller than seen with RbfScer\UAS.cDa, CycDScer\UAS.cDa and Scer\GAL4ey.PH alone.
