The addition of Cdk4D175N.Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC to RbfScer\UAS.cDa flies (when driven by Scer\GAL4ey.PH, Scer\GAL4hs.2sev or Scer\GAL4GMR.PF) has nol effect on the eye phenotype. The addition of Cdk4D175N.Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC to RbfScer\UAS.cDa, CycDScer\UAS.cDa flies when driven by Scer\GAL4hs.2sev or Scer\GAL4GMR.PF produces eyes that are slightly larger than normal. When driven by Scer\GAL4ey.PH produces eyes that are slightly smaller than seen with RbfScer\UAS.cDa, CycDScer\UAS.cDa and Scer\GAL4ey.PH alone.
