Expression of wdbEP3559 in the eye under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PF results in very mild defects in ommatidial organisation.

Expression of wdbEP3559 under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PF results in a big eye phenotype.

Expression of wdbEP3559 under the control of Scer\GAL4tim.PE lengthens the period of locomotor activity rhythms; the period is about 0.7 hours longer than that of controls. The lengthening of the period is dose-dependent; the period is increased by 1.5-2 hours if the temperature is increased to 29oC or two copies of wdbEP3559 are present. 5% of the flies are arrhythmic after about 4 days in constant darkness conditions.

Expression of wdbEP3559 under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PF results in a very mild rough eye phenotype.

Expression of wdbEP3559 under the control of Scer\GAL4ap-md544 results in many cells forming multiple wing hairs; an average of 49+/-20 cells in the fifth wing cell have a multiple wing hair phenotype.

Mutant larvae expressing wdbEP3559 under the control of Scer\GAL4elav-C155 have reduced or abnormal synapses. Mutant larvae expressing wdbEP3559 under the control of Scer\GAL4elav-C155 have ISN neuron pathfinding defects.

Expression of wdbEP3559 under the control of Scer\GAL4sca-537.4 results in sensory organs with two sockets and two shafts, two sockets and one shaft, one socket and two shafts and dot-like socket morphology.

Expression of wdbEP3559 in animals expressing foxoGS9928 under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PF enhances the eye phenotype.

Expression of one copy of wdbEP3559 under the control of Scer\GAL4tim.PE in a dcoL background lengthens the period of locomotor activity rhythms from 24.7 to 26 hours. Expression of one copy of wdbEP3559 under the control of Scer\GAL4tim.PE in a dcog background lengthens the period of locomotor activity rhythms from 27.6 to 30.3 hours.

Xenogenetic Interactions
Statement
Reference

The rough eye phenotype caused by expression of Hsap\MAPTV337M.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PF is enhanced by wdbEP3559.

Precise excision of the P{EP} element reverts the modifying effect of wdbEP3559 on the rough eye phenotype caused by expression of Hsap\MAPTV337M.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PF.
