      The viability of males carrying two copies of sisA+t12 is further reduced if they are also carrying upd1t10. This interaction is dose sensitive; two copies of upd1t10 reduce viability more than one copy. Addition of two copies of sisA+t12 and two copies of upd1t10 has no effect on the viability of Sxlf1/Y males. upd1t10 partially rescues the sex-specific lethality of sisA1 upd1sisC-1/sisA[+] upd1sisC-5 females.
