GMR regulatory sequences drive expression of mutant Ptp69D. Also has a Tag:MYC at 3' end. Mutations are D1065A at the catalytic aspartate residue within the first phosphatase domain and D1354A at the catalytic aspartate residue within the second phosphatase domain.
