Detailed Description
Statement
Reference

When expression is driven by Scer\GAL4da.G32, embryos show no effect on the ventral epidermis but generated a hole in the dorsal epidermis similar to that caused by hep and bsk mutants. When expression is driven by Scer\GAL4pnr-MD237 the phenotype of the embryos is indistinguishable from that of hep or bsk mutants.

Comments

Rescues the dorsal mutant phenotype of N embryos effectively and the ventral mutant phenotype to a lesser extent. Rescues the dorsal closure defect significantly.
