Expression of tupScer\UAS.cTa in body wall muscle (under the control of Scer\GAL4how-24B) does not affect the magnitude of K[+] fast curents.
When expression is driven by Scer\GAL4ftz.ng many segments show a marked increase of ISNb at the expense of ISNd. In 21% of hemisegments there is a complete loss of ISNd innervation, whereas SNa and other ISN projections appear to have the normal number and morphology of axons.
