Expression of N::torScer\UAS.cSa under the control of Scer\GAL4dpp.blk1 results in a slight reduction in the overall size of the wing pouch region in the wing disc.

When expression is driven by Scer\GAL4da.G32 in a wild type background, the resulting phenotype resembles that of puc1 mutants.

Scer\GAL4pnr-MD237- or Scer\GAL4410.2-mediated expression suppresses the formation of bristle precursors in a wild type background.

N::torScer\UAS.cSa cannot rescue a complete loss of function of N.

The change in wing disc shape caused by expression of armS10.Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC under the control of Scer\GAL4dpp.blk1 is significantly suppressed by co-expression of N::torScer\UAS.cSa.

Expression driven by Scer\GAL4da.G32 partially rescues the neurogenic phenotype of N mutants, with rescue only evident on the dorsal surface of the embryos.

Scer\GAL4pnr-MD237- or Scer\GAL4410.2-mediated expression suppresses the formation of bristle precursors in a shi mutant background, but not N mutants.
