Dp^a3/Df(2R)Exel7124 third instar larvae exhibit small ventral longitudinal muscles 3, as well as binucleated cells in the fat body.

Disrupt G[[1]]-S transcription late in embryogenesis, DNA replication still occurs.

Hemizygotes exhibit rough eyes, etched tergites and thin and short bristles.
