      Fails to suppress the y2 mutant phenotype when crossed into a su(Hw)V background. When crossed into a mod(mdg4)ul mutant background, su(Hw)ΔA causes a slight enhancement of the y2 phenotype in the bristles and tarsal claws, while the pigmentation of the wing and abdomen darkens somewhat.
