Detailed Description
Statement
Reference

Eye colour: males carrying wB1-12 in a w- background show pigmentation only in the dorsal half of the eye.

Eye pigment distribution: dorsal domain. w+ eye pigment is expressed only in the dorsal domain of the eye, and pigment is slightly stronger in the anterior of the eye. Adults that escape lethality show same dorsal pattern of eye pigmentation as heterozygotes. Double mutants with pksple-1 show exactly the same pigment distribution as in an otherwise wild type background.

Genetic Interactions
Statement
Reference

Eye colour: the expression of wB1-12 in males carrying wB1-12 in a w- background is unchanged if they are also carrying roX1ex6 Df(1)52 P{w+4Δ4.3} (these are escaper males).
