    Detailed Description
    Statement
    Reference

dlg1sw mutant larvae do not display neuroblast overproliferation.

In mutant pI cells the onset of spindle rotation is delayed. Unlike the wild-type, rotation is observed in late metaphase.

Follicle cells do not have an invasive phenotype in homozygous females, although follicle cells appear to overaccumulate at the anterior and posterior poles of the egg chambers. Border cells migrate in advance of the follicular epithelium in dlg1sw/dlg12 egg chambers.

Adults exhibit minor bristles defects including missing and duplicated bristles. Embryos produced from homozygous females fail to hatch and die during late embryogenesis with a failure of dorsal closure and terminal defects.
