Description

Deletion of DNA.

Imprecise excision of the P{bluetail} insertion deleting the major hypersensitive sites HS1 and HS2 but leaving HS3.

Deletion within the Fab-7 element.

Deletion with a lesion in the Fab7 domain.

Deletion of all but the distal terminal repeat of the transposon insertion, along with 2.5-3.0kb of DNA immediately proximal to the insertion site, including two of the three nuclease hypersensitive regions.

Comments

Expressivity less than 100%: small untransformed regions are observed that appear to be clonal in origin.

Deletion removes major nuclear hypersensitive sites I and II and all of the minor sites on the proximal side.
