A. Spradling.

The P{PZ}CG4342707735 insertion maps within the CG43427 transcription unit. It is not yet known whether or not the sterility associated with the chromosome maps to the insertion. Thus shk07735 (representing the sterility) has been kept as a separate allele in FlyBase for now.
