Phenotypic reversion of the dominant phenotype.

Loss of mouth hooks and cirri, ventral plates are partially duplicated in the anterior atrium replacing the H piece and lateral graten.

Larval atrium is transformed to pharynx.

Dfdrv1/Df(3R)Scr individuals exhibit variable head defects: loss of pattern elements derived from the maxillary and mandibular segments, but no developmental defects in the thorax or abdomen. The head displays a duplication of a cuticular element of the larval head skeleton.
